Therapy Groups
There's something a room full of people working on the same thing can offer that one-on-one therapy can't, the relief of realizing you're not the only one, the chance to be seen and supported by people who actually get it, and a cost that's easier to sustain over time.
I've led groups for years, in community mental health, at a veterans' nonprofit, and in private practice, and they're some of my favorite work. Below are the groups I'm currently running or enrolling. If nothing fits right now, reach out anyway, new groups start regularly, and I can let you know what's coming.
NOW ENROLLING: AINXIETY
A group for anxiety about AI
Maybe AI has gotten under your skinโ a low-grade dread about jobs, the future, what's coming, that's hard to switch off. Maybe it's that you keep reaching for AI more than you mean to, and wondering what it's doing to your focus, your relationships, or your sense of yourself. For a lot of people, it's both.
This is a space to put words to it, feel less alone, and pick up practical, evidence-based skills for managing both your relationship with AI and the anxiety that comes with it, alongside others who get it.
